This pendant features a 12 ct amber scarab carving, a 12 ct faceted amethyst, ruby, rhodolite garnet, 10 chrome diopsides, and 6 amethysts wrapped in oxidized sterling silver and solid 14k gold. 

A 30" oxidized sterling silver rope chain that is 4mm thick is included with this piece.
