This pendant features a 9.5 ct faceted amethyst and an 11.8 ct faceted citrine accompanied by 6 Ethiopian opals, 2 more citrines, and an amethyst wrapped in oxidized sterling silver and 14k gold fill. It is double bailed so you can hand it upside down to wear it the other way. 

A 24" oxidized sterling silver snake chain that is 3mm thick is included with this piece.
