This pendant features a 13ct amber scarab carving, a 6.4 ct amethyst cut by John Dyer, peridot, labradorite, two amethysts, two citrines, and two blue sapphires wrapped in oxidized sterling silver and 14k gold fill.

A 24" oxidized sterling silver byzantine chain that is 4mm thick is included with this piece.
