This pendant features an 11ct ruby, 4.6ct fluorite, 2 peridot crystals, a Tanzanian garnet, 2 Swiss blue topaz, 2 rhodolite garnets, and 2 London blue topaz wrapped in oxidized sterling silver and 14k rose gold fill. 

A 24" oxidized sterling silver snake chain that's 2.5mm thick is included with this piece.
